Carbon Fiber Bel Air
I bought this knife as my EDC food prep knife, cutting steak etc. The thin slicing blade, and geometry of blade edge to handle where the big selling points for me. I received it today, and put it to work promptly carving a steak! I carry, and use a BM Bugout most days, and this knife feels more substantial. I also own an Osborne 940 in carbon fiber, and this knife is every bit it's equal in fit and finish! This knife will probably lead me to buy another American made Kershaw.
