Shipping And Returns


At KnivesShipFree, we believe the name says it all, but there needs to be a little clarification...

Everything within the United States ships free with tracking included! (Typically USPS First Class)

You can also upgrade to another USPS, FedEx, or UPS shipping option for an additional cost during checkout.

  • Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2:00 PM Eastern normally ship out the SAME day!
  • Any order placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following business day. 
  • Please note that our FedEx and UPS shipping options do not include Saturday or Sunday delivery.

International Orders

International shipping is quoted during checkout based on the weight, value, and destination of the order.

We only use methods that provide tracking, so you can follow your order all the way to your doorstep!

Please keep in mind any international shipment may incur import taxes, customs duties, or other additional fees. These fees are issued by the receiving country and may need to be paid before delivery. Any additional customs fees must be paid for by the customer.

Returns Policy

We understand that buying a knife on the internet may not be the best way to know how it feels in your hand. (That’s why we offer a 100% store credit option!)

If you don’t love your knife, please let us know. Our customer service team is ready to solve your problems quickly, efficiently and with as little hassle as possible.

We’re happy to accept returns within 14 days of the order being delivered for 100% store credit OR a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. (Minimum fee of $5.00. Maximum fee of $50.00).

Please note that any shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable, and all returned items must be in new, unused, and unsharpened condition with all original packaging included.
