After years of refining and remaining a mainstay of the Spyderco line-up, the Native has evolved into its largest form ever: the Native Chief. The full flat-ground blade of CPM-S30V steel slices with precision and aids the user with a finger indexing choil. Anyone can deploy it easily thanks to the trademark round thumbhole.
The linerless handle is made of textured G-10 covering a stainless steel backspacer, so the whole knife weighs just under 4 ounces. The lockup is solid as ever and operates smoothly. Threaded inserts are fit inside the scales in four different clip positions so you can carry left or right side, tip-up or tip-down. Fobs and lanyards can be threaded into the comfortably sized lanyard hole, making this sizeable knife very easy to carry.
