L.T Wright - Genesis
The Genesis is a flat ground bush knife that really likes to work. With features such as Micarta or Ironwood scales, a bead blasted finish, and heavy duty hardware, it'll get the job done for you no matter what the circumstances. L.T. Wright Knives takes the time to do the little things: making sure the epoxy isn't just on the scales, but around every bit of the hardware, including the threads of the brass nut, to ensure a completely sealed scale set.
This is a great finish to the 1/8" A2 tool steel, it makes for a superior edge. The thumb scallops on each side allowing more comfortable control doing close up work. Whether you're getting a tinder bundle scraped off a branch or striking a ferro rod off there, the 90° spine will allow you to save the blade for fine cutting tasks.
The Genesis also includes a premium American made leather dangler sheath with a slot for a 3/8" fire steel.

Amazing Service, More Amazing Knife!!
So I've been collecting knives since I was little but it was only until recently that I really started buying more knives and also teaching myself how to freehand sharpening. I like my fixed blades more then my folders. Id heard good things about Esee so I ordered an Esee 4 hm and when I received it I remembered thinking wow this craftsmanship couldn't get any better... that is until I ordered this L.T. Wright Genesis. I am blown away, it has that extra extra polish that my Esee doesn't and I love my Esee. I really look forward to using this L.T. Wright Genesis. Genesis A2--Flat--Snakeskin Micarta
With so many choices in handle designs, steels, grind and etc etc I stared at the website for days before placeing my order for this Genesis knife. I'm not disappointed with the Genesis at all, the A2 steel with flat grind is super super sharp and works wood/food cutting great. This is the sharpest out of the box I've ever owned period! It's crazy sharp. The snakeskin micarta handles are beautiful, feel high end and are very nice comfort wise. I'm glad I choose these now it was very hard picking from all the different choices on the website. Overall, the Genesis has that custom quality feel and look I expected for the price. If you are on the fence of buying I would say go for it !
