All I would like to say is this knife is the one knife that will be there for you. Unless someone steals it. And someone did back when I was in culinary school. Thanks as&%[]+! I miss this knife. It's one of the best classic chef knives on the planet. There's nothing bad I can say about it. Great knife!!!
