The Manix 2 is wearing Spyderco's Burnt Orange G-10 scales for this Sprint Run in CPM REX 45 steel. This is a super-high-speed tool steel from Crucible that utilizes their particle metallurgy to achieve a very homogenous grain structure. The steel's composition is marked by a high proportion of cobalt amongst other alloys to achieve high hardness, wear resistance, and toughness.
The Manix utilizes Spyderco's Ball Bearing Lock for easy one-handed opening and closing. It's ambidextrous and rides on a reversible clip for right or left side carry.
