The Launch 17 blends design aspects of a traditional fighting knife with the modern features of Kershaw's USA-made automatic folders. The handle is gray anodized aluminum with textured g-10 inserts for added contrast and grip. The push-button fires a 3.5" clip-point blade of CPM-S35VN stainless steel in Black Cerakote finish. The knife rides on a reversible mini deep-carry clip.
