The Kalahari handle is universally accepted and comfortable for a wide number of people. The blade will work equally well as a filet knife or a boning knife. Bark River is using the CPM 154 for blade steel because of it's fantastic balance of stain resistance, ease of sharpening, and toughness. Each comes with a leather belt sheath and is ground to a razor-sharp convex edge.
