Bark River Knives: Huntsman

The Huntsman is a very small knife. It is a deceptive knife.

The Huntsman is part of the Deluxe Game Series.

The reason the knife exists is because when you are looking for an extremely compact knife that will do the work of a larger knife, this is the knife made to do that. It is a full 3/16” thick which is very unusual for a knife of this size.

The Huntsman is designed so when the knife comes out of your pocket you can field dress a deer— not just quarter it, by using the thickness of the blade and the quick taper point to drive down and pop hip or leg joints.

The Huntsman is very small in the hand, but it will do a tremendous amount of work for its size. There are very few knives on the market that will do that and have this kind of strength and toughness for doing larger tasks. This allows you to just throw the knife in your pocket and have a knife that will easily field dress any kind of medium sized game (and small game too, obviously) and have no problem breaking the game down there in the field even without a larger knife.

Made in about 85 handle materials.
