The Perfect Mini-Griptilian
I have several editions of the Mini Griptilian but this one is the perfect recipe of materials and build quality. It has a bit more heft due to the titanium scales over the stainless liners, and the milling on them is excellent. The wood inlays (cocobolo, my guess) give it some class. I suspect the spacer posts and thumb studs are anodized titanium and not brass but cannot confirm that. In any case they look great paired up with the gray scales. The copy I received from Knives Ship Free has perfect blade centering, perfect pivot action, and an excellent edge right out of the box. The date on the label is 11-October 2017, so this was an additional run (number 752). This blade is gold class quality, but sold as a Limited Edition. If you want one of the best mini Grips out there this is the one to get!
