Benchmade Knives: 15016-2 HUNT - Hidden Canyon Hunter - Stabilized Wood

Just received in time to trim up some meat from the butcher.. works like a charm, just the right size for skinning, Sharp out of the gate. So impressed I'm ordering the 15000-2 to go along with it to upgrade my 50 year old my hunting kit.

Bought this knife and was thoroughly impressed with the thickness and quality. The sheath leaves a little room for improvement (one of the best sheaths I've seen Benchmade make and its actually leather). The only downside to the sheath is that the blade does cut into the leather a bit. The grip is great, the dymondwood looks excellent and fits my hand. S30V is a tested and true steel for keeping an edge and not rusting. This knife will be used for cleaning game. I plan on getting a pocket knife from this series and another fix blade.
