Kiwi

These sweet and furry fruits can be tough to peel because the skin is quite thin and when perfectly ripe, the tropical kiwi is delicate to handle.

To perfectly peel a kiwi, you'll want a paring knife or if possible a peeling knife with a blade specially designed for round fruits.

Begin by slicing off each end about 1/2 inch in and then insert your knife inside the edge of the skin cutting in a circular pattern around the circumference of the fruit. If you're really slick, you can even skip the knife altogether and use a common kitchen spoon.
