Fantastic knife, and great service
Just received my new 490, and I couldn't be happier. I had to call in to square away some payment info and the folks on the phone were fantastic. Shipping was exactly as described, and the knife itself is impeccable. The knife is smooth, ergonomically fantastic, the blade is very well ground, nicely sharp, and the action is amazing.
