The Bullet End Jack by Great Eastern Cutlery was also known as a Swell-End Jack and occasionally known as a "tear-drop".  This folding jack knife has both a large spear blade and a small pen blade.  A nice looking knife with a great feel in the hand.  Available in both a Tidioute style and the Northfield UN-X-LD.
